9 foot flag $12.00 T&T powersports, Sapulpa ( My business neighbor)

One of the guys at the dealer stated that the flags with out the spring are better for bikes as they do not whip you while you are riding.

Back years ago when I was a regular at little Sahara, I built a bracket for my bike that attached to the silencer mounts. This barely made min height of 10 ft. and if I broke it in a crash,(which was a lot!) well then I started to mount it to my chest armor....................... not always a good idea! I knew one guy who's whip got broke so many times he attached the "stub" to his helmet................. got him through the gate tho.

Not KLR but you can find ideas from cheap to machined.

Did it fit without making the chain longer?

For those participating this weekend we will be erecting a Biergarten Tent, so that the weather will not slow down our post riding beer consumption.

Helluva weekend for the inlaws to be in town. Now I'll never get to ride The Dakar.
