Available tires?
Are there any tubeless tires for the 658 that are rated at more than 20% off-pavement usage other than the Heidi and TKC80?

Don't know, but you can run tube-type tires. Just that they may loose air slowly. I've done it in the past without issues.

Metzeler has some Karoo options...looks like the 2 and the "T" are going away and being replaced by the 3 shown elsewhere in PU.
Pirelli offers the Scorpion Rally. Mitas has the E-07 (like the Heidi only no centre strip ), E-09 and the E-10. I'm running the E-10 (21") up front and the E-07 rear (on the F8 -both tubed though). I have run the E-09 rear too. Definitely one of the most aggressive TL tires. Currently no distribution in the US it seems but MX1 Canada has them and they will ship to the US http://www.mx1canada.com/mitas-adven...-safari-tires/ Dave
