If your refering to the earlier photo's they are all taken in the High Sierra area near Mammoth Mtn. however the last is Carriso Plains Park area east of Ventura, Ca

Its too damn Hot!

Here in LA
So I rode the scooter up to 5300 feet to spend the night. Much cooler here.
but it dropped to the low fifties at night so I was a little chilled in just my hammock.


Morning cook'd a little grub, coffee packed and head'd out



Beautiful up on top and cooler ofcoarse Looking back toward LA


Sweeet!

On the other side of the road, looks out toward the Mojave desert where this whole moto thing started 40 some odd years ago tear'n around on my old Bultaco....when it ran

Traded places with these three guy a few times over the weekend on the way to Wrightwood.

Well there are 3 of them...one of them is hole'n up traffic


There he is...
Almost made it to the access road down below about 50 or 60 feet. Tree's and rocks all the way down. Purdy sure he broke a leg they were'nt both point'n the same way on the strecther. All things considered... pretty lucky.
