At times like this I would be calling Drcool for the answer.Knowing him he would come by and show me or do it himself for a beer.
Anyone one here know anything about furnaces? I just changed my t.stat to the "nest". Now my exhaust fan is cycling.

Thoughts on what I need to be checking?

Clearly that thermostat is bad. Put the old one back on and don't fool with all that newfangled technology. The best ones have real mercury. Never trust electrons.

What triggers the exhaust fan, besides the obvious.

The winter I was running the KX250 2-stroke on the ice.....the first winter drcool and shane came to ride the ice in Muskoka.....
