The specs speak for themselves. For example, Explorer's got more bhp; BMW's got more torque. etc. BMW set the bar for adventure bikes. Triumph went "all in" and is attacking the adventure bike market. For me it came down to value. The GS has the pedigree, but the Explorer is the best value.

I've got 3,000 miles (4828 km) on my 2013 Explorer and I've loved every mile of it.
