Yep roadtoad - The TU will be getting pushed out the garage tomorrow...hoping to get a grab somewhere, somehow! Even if I don't get to make a grab I'll at least be along for a tag I think...and being on the open road is the main point

I put this tag where I did with the hopes of it moving a little quicker!
You would think that with all these triangle taggers enjoying short traffic infused rides, that it would have been snatched....come on!

Apex is easy. I just couldn't find a spot to drop it east of the Mississippi.

Well a rail station would be nice, but there is that whole "I" thing... If all else fails, the tag could always return to Ivanhoe.

Now that I'm back in town, I'm going to do some serious looking for something that is, was, used to be, could be - a rail station. Maybe somebody will grab it tomorrow...

I'm waiting on a new chain and sprocket set to arrive. Was hoping it would have come yesterday since ive still have an "I" all picked out. Ing the up side, I got to test ride a super tenere yesterday. Great machine. Might have bought it too if the dealer didn't want 14k otd for a demo bike....

Yeah, not quite sure why that's one of the most expensive bikes Yamaha sells. I like the bike, but not for anywhere near what they want for it.

I rode one too back when the factory demo ride team was making the rounds a couple years ago. I probably would have bought one on the spot, but couldn't, only a down payment and then a bike in 6 months. They are nice bikes - and given the class they are competing with, not a bad deal. But still, reaching in the pocket and parting with 14k+ is still painful. Especially when you can get a fine machine, for a little more than half - if you don't need to ride 2-up.

As far as the "I" goes, it may still be there next weekend. Not a lot of attention on this game...

It's the "I"s that are making this one difficult. Might have to push the creativity envelope a little.

RoadToad, will you allow some outside-the-box thinking on the "I" tags? Example: Inside the Beltline, etc.?

I don't want to be a tag natzi about it, but I would prefer that the tag name start with an "I". I would even be open to a transportation related tag in an "I" town... Just to keep the game moving. (and of course there's always a return to Ivanhoe)

Hopefully I don't run off one the few guys following the game.
