I heard a few months ago from another Triumph dealer that triumph had gotten multiple complaints about American biker. That dealer had receive referrals from Triumph of people from the lowcountry. I wonder if I have time to get a good deal on a bike from them

Dirtysouthjacket, Bandy, and I are hitting up Carolina Adventure World next Saturday. I'll be going up Friday and finding a place to stay (i.e. not camping). If any of you are interested, check out this thread.

I got Nolan a CRF80 and we tried the Wamba Cycle Trail last weekend. We did about 10 miles in the sand of the South Loop, dropping the bikes a bunch of times but had a lot of fun. I know that it gets easier with speed but then we would also crash harder. We are planning on going back this Saturday and try to go farther.

well, the ride a few weeks ago with GeektheCreep and 2bikebart ended for me shortly after it began. It was like someone hit the kill switch at speed, only nobody did. Fortunately, we were near enough to push the bike back to Bart's place where I was rescued by John.
I tried the clutch switch reroute, hoping for a quick and easy fix, but that wasn't it. Battery is fresh. Lights, turn signals, and horn all good. But nothing when the magic button is pressed. I'm taking it to a shop. Recommendations? I was just going to go to Velocity. I've only been in town for a few months, so I don't really know where else to go. Also, if someone near Mt P has a little trailer I could snag for a few hours - I haven't picked one up yet, but I think I can probably grab one from my neighbor. Hope you guys had a great day riding after I delayed things for a couple hours! Thanks again for your help and patience! -E

I thought about that too... but it should still start in neutral with the kickstand down, right?
To get back on topic, as soon as I get this worked out, I'll be ready for a Weekly Ride Near Charleston, SC! I hear there is an email list - I'd like to get on it - I can PM my email address to the inmate who runs it.

ERock, I've had good luck with Moto-Worx in MtP they seem to be honest and fair which is worth a lot.

Spring Plans
Anyone got any long trips in the works I have seen a few ADV rallies and such that look fun but are mostly in TN and stuff. Just wanted to put it out there to see if anyone was interested in heading up to NC for a weekend or meeting up with some of these other ADVriders in a different state.

You might need to go back a page for details. Everyone here is last minute but the spring camping trip is usually less people than in the fall? Also, here are some useful links http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=748408 |

I looked on the KLRworld.com website and couldn't find it. Could you link me? Also do you ride up or trailer?
