I would run 14-45 and a Cush hub ( this is what we ran at the Baja 1000 last Nov on our Honda 450x)
that way you can get your wheel as far back as you can.

the 400exc will run a 14-45 with a ktm 640 cush hub
the 690 will run a 15-45 with a cush hub

I will have a spare wheel set in the support truck that can be used on both bikes.
I have done lots of testing and this pairing works great

Does anyone need a GPS for the M1K?

I have a new Garmin Montana 650T for sale. I bought this for the M1K, but now I don't think I am going to need it. It has been opened, and turned on. I loaded some tracks on it, but that's about it. Comes with everything it came with in the box when it was shipped to me about two months ago. Save yourself a $100 bucks on a great unit. $500 shipped.

It comes with last year's M1K course already loaded on it!






It is literally like new and I think it only left the house once when I used it in the car. That track is on it too.
