Wouldn't taking the ferry "across" Lake Michigan from Indiana put you in WI or IL??? Not Michigan?

Sorry I knit pick. I used to work on the Lake Michigan car ferry in high school.

i have no clue where it crosses, just heard a ferry crossed somewhere. seemed like a good idea, load bike up and cross for a weekend of riding instead of riding all way round.

No ferry in IL. Two ferries from WI-MI.
High speed ferry Milwaukee-Muskegon, MI.
Old coal powered ferry Manitowoc,WI-Ludington, MI.

Return to cycle chat now. Sorry.

ADV Monster lighting

I am thinking about adding an ADV Monster Model 60 light to my DR650. Anyone have any experience with these or the brand? What model are you using and what do you think of the output? My intent is to use to model 60 3600 lumens on an on/off switch strictly for a secondary high beam when no cars are arround. For $100 bucks seems like a low cost, low draw, high output light. Any other aux lighting suggestions from personal experience would be cool too!

I have 2 of the 44 models on mine. I love them. They are really bright. The 60s I imagine are insanely bright.

ADVmonster is my only high beam. Crazy bright. I don't think it's the brightest one they offer either but I'm not totally sure about that. I'd never bright someone with it, unless they deserved it, and I was sure it wasn't a peace officer. Awesome in the woods. Lights up a huge circle. Great for hill climbing at night.
