The frameless 1199 is still a big unknown at the WSB level. Maybe it will do the job , maybe not. At least this year we'll get to see it in at the sharp end.

Those guys would be riding for comparative peanuts in WSBK. They'd be lucky to make a couple hundred thousand vs a million or two.

Not that any of them need the money. I think I read recently that Nicky's net worth if $14 million. Not quite Rossi money, but enough to get by.

Spies probably made as much or more in his AMA days.

I was really disappointed that Ducati never said Nicky is their #1 rider. He deserves it !!! I also hope Nicky sticks around to see and ride the reward of all his hard work !!

I don't think Marquez's crash was much of a big deal. They all crash at some point.

Proof the Duc won't turn. That is intermediate class track day lean angle right there.

Could be true. But Lorenzo was launched to the orbit 4-5 years ago, and from an 800cc machine using tyres, that are probably quite different from what they ride today.

Well, come to think of it, a massive highside actually happened to Stoner at Indy last year.... one would think that MM, being a rookie, will be more vulnerable to such incidents.

dont say that!I remember Jorge seemed to start out quite well than had all those high sides.Maybe the traction control is better now.

It is one thing to throw in a fast flyer. It is something else to reel off strings of fast laps.
