A proper valve adjust and throttle body sync helps a LOT. There will, however, always be a small amount of vibration due to the nature of the motor. Some people are more sensitive to it than others and never get past it.

Having scratched my head for a while, before Ian Hartley on UKGSer did some sterling investigative work - here is a fusebox schematic for the R1150GS Twinspark Servo/ABS. You can print it, laminate it and stick it onto the inside of your fusebox lid as a reminder. Remember to select 'Print actual size'



The Single-spark has fuses 8, 9 and 10 as spares, but is otherwise identical...

I've added generic grip puppies, lead shot in the handlebars, had the TB/cables sync'd, valves adjusted, and still have seemingly lots of vibration, mostly 4500rpm to redline. It might be all in my head, but it seems to keep getting worse.

Obviously this is the wrong forum thread to discuss, but I know its been an ongoing topic of conversation. SO, any links and meaninful input here is probably entirely helpful to all boxer engine owners.
