RD lives in Belle Plaine?? That's just south of me around 20 miles. I ride around there all the time. Never saw a MX track anywhere. I may have to find where he lives!

Well, for him to not win the LCQ... he was basically out there with a bunch of second tier riders. He probably could win coming off the line in last. Should have won easily... and he did.

He had a lousy start position that turned out to be lucky that night. For an 'ordinary' start he would have been back in the pack... but the inside track piled up and he rode around the outside. IMHO: Luck.

Absolutely agree. We need to stop all this lining up and see who gets the best good luck when the gate drops and determine the winner by having a panel of judges that rode dirt bikes at least 30 years ago score them on a 10 point system.

Then it would be fair and take luck out of the equation.

Forget about who gets there first!

Just like with the electrical failure on his yellow bike at the MX round 2 years ago, he turned a shit situation into a great result.
The ride itself was good, doing it under those circumstances was great.
