Damn, I forgot about this one, and have ridden under the runway twice today.

The FAA won't frown at ALL about someone stopping directly under the taxiway.
And messing with electronics.

I don't think you really need to worry about FAA, I think its DHS that you would need to worry about.

Considering some of the tags in the past, like bike on pedestrian bridge, bike in elevator, bike on stairwell... this ought to be tame.

It's not a difficult one, just got weathered out today. I think there are a couple I can pass on the way to work, if not nearby. Got to think of something to top the stairwell/elevator/pedestrian bridge though...

Wonder if I can talk my way onto a boat this weekend...

As far as county goes, what would you count as a "Capital building"? Court house?

For a City maybe City Hall?
