Parking Off of Sierra Hwy
I'm a noob and own a street legal dual sport. Since for me any off road riding experience is better than none, can I park my truck right off of Sierra Hwy, unload my bike and ride up the dirt road to Rowher Flats? I have an Adventure Pass but that drive from Sierra Hwy to the staging area takes a while in my truck and I'm sure it'd be more fun on the bike. Is it illegal to park by the gate?
Thanks, Tom |

Not sure, but you can park on the bouquet staging side with no worries. From there you can hit drinkwater or rowher.

![]() In the time it takes you to park and unload your bike you can drive to SA1 and just unload there. It's really only about 10 minutes from where the pavement ends.

In the old days those trail would have been blue squares. All the black diamond trails are closed off.
