Ahh heck! I'm still waiting on ESP to finish up my suspension. Guess I'm still out. Maybe next weekend....or Monday.

A few pics from today

About 10 miles from home on the secret trail into Lytle Creek.

Access road to the shootin' range had already been trampled...

... but the entire lower Lytle Creek divide was fresh powder

First tracks all the way up

This was about as deep as it got.

Snow was almost all in the lower pass and pretty much ended at Applewhite Grade.

Farther up the pass looked like this ...

Totally different from when I turned around at the same spot a few years ago.

Made it up to Summit Inn (no snow) for an early lunch then turned around and headed home.

Sorry for the late reply, been in the garage this afternoon. Looks like the regulator/rectifier on the 525 died sometime today. Ah well. It lasted over 9k miles and I need to order a new tail light assembly from BD anyhow.

We're going to be back in Cal.City March 17 weekend. Drag Ken & Dad along! We'll have a novice or easy group with hopefully a gps or two.

Snow can be avoided and probly should be...

I was thinking to get up into the desert, maybe lunch at Adelita's in Lucerne Valley. Although I suppose it'll be cold getting over that way anyhow.
