Can't get Fork Seals Out (99 klr650)
I am rebuilding my forks and was able to get the first set of seals out but the ones in the other fork aren't coming out, even after leaving 100psi in all night. Anyone have other suggestions?
How about some instructions to disassemble the fork all the way? |

use an air tool and fast spin out the lower bolt (the rod bolt). whole fork comes apart.
as for the air pressure method, i'm thinking you have crud & rust holding it in. hit it with penetrating oil, then maybe some heat on the legs in the area and keep pumping. it will blow.
