Yes. The 2013 43mm are a lot better than the previous 45mm zokes, in stock form. But they are still not great....not as good, for example as the 45mm with heavier springs and oil.

Ohlins NIX kit for new WP forks.
Spoke w/service @ Ohlins USA. Kit is in development and word should be forthcoming in next month or so. Just putting this out so Gary Christopher doesn't get swamped with calls over it from our ranks. Sending mine in when its ready. I'll post when I get word.
Thanks, Gary |

We have started our R&D about a month ago on the 2013 F800GS and offer a solution that we have not yet released to the public. We are having a test set for a customer done to finalize some details but would like to show the innards from the pre 2012 to 2013 f800GS.
![]() On the left is the 2013 WP sealed cartridge, on the right is the older Marzocchi sealed cartridge. Both units cannot be revalved in stock form. T We will release our finalized product and pricing once our testing is completed. This should be completed within the next 3 weeks. With the testing we have already completed we are proud to say that the performance gains will be significantly increased with utilizing higher quality materials, along with a few updates including adjustable pre-load on top of the compression and rebound adjustments. We are very excited to offer this product to the inmates. I would be more than happy to answer any tech questions you might have. Alex |

It is very close to the NIX system, with a few updates, and larger by design. Once everything is completed I will post the details on the Konflict Vendor forum page.

I just purchased a 2013 f800gs. So im curious what that spring rate is on front fork spring. Im trying to lose weight. Right now sit in the 245 lbs range. What springs could anyone recommend for my weight? 50/50 riding.

I took delivery on my 2013 F8GS a couple weeks ago. Have 300 miles so far and enough to know that the stock front end is pretty soft and dives down pretty drastically on hard braking. I'd be interested in finding out about the Konflict set-up.
Also, I'm 185 pounds commando (without gear). Wondering what spring rates would be optimal and what are the stock rates? Are the fork springs progressive or constant? I may not be asking the right questions because I really don't know how they work. Back in the day we would drop in new springs and damping rods and adjust oil level. I'm sure technology has advanced past that by now. |

Konflict front shock replacement for 2013 F800GS
I took delivery of my 2013 F800GS about 4 weeks ago.
First real ride out on dirt 2 weeks ago, bottomed out front fork 3x on a slightly rocky forest service road (my excel rims from woody's held up fine ) . I weigh 180 without gear on. I am coming from a WR450 and like having suspension that can eat up terrain. I ride 70% off road / 30% on. I am ready to order a set from Alex at Konflict as soon as I get the details. PM me when you are back online. Thanks for pulling this together Alex
