It was quite the event and very different from previous years (and I don't mean that in a bad way). We had other campers from the campground tip a few with us, one of the guys that works at the campground stopped by for a few and there were even a number of inmates who made the trip just for the fire. I would say that "A Good Time Was Had By All" (or at least those of us who can remember it)

. Kind of took on more then I could handle that day and by the time I was heading back North and passing through Freeport around 9pm, I was too beat (even had my mattress and sleeping bag in the back of the car). Couldn't walk or talk enough to function in a social gathering.........although looking at the pics it appears I would have not been the only one in that condition.
