No gas in Denio Junction, Nevada until May sometime

They are replacing the gas pumps and tanks at Denio Junction. If you are planning a trip thru there, call them up to check to see if they have fuel. Maria says they will not have fuel until sometime in May. They plan to have 24 hr pay at the pump once the job is complete.

Thanks for the info! A 24hr pump that takes credit cards will be a big improvement. I do a couple of rides through there each year, fortunately later in the year once the snow melts in the higher elevation.

Lived in Winnemucca for about 20 years, have found local ranchers very willing to sell you fuel if your out there and Denio is closed. Have CASH ride slow into their property and ask. Has allways worked for me.

I think there is gas in Fields Station, about fifteen miles North of Denio. Also world famus milkshakes.
