According to a French scooter website, the 946 will be available sometime in May. Will we see it in the US over the Summer?
No definite pricing yet but the article says that it will be higher priced.

Our local dealer told me we'd see it in the US in 2014. Still no US pricing released but if you want one, start saving your pennies.

Can't get a good perspective on the size.

Either these women are super small or this scooter is pretty damn big.

The wheels are 12 in wheels like the one on the GTS so I'd say it's a little smaller than the GTS?

Vespa dealer says the 946 should be available this Summer as a 2014 model.

Is it Summer yet?

I luuurve the yellow one.

Was seriously tempted to treat myself to a yellow 946.....until I saw the price.

NO WAY am I prepared to pay £7200 for what`s nothing more than a Piaggio Fly with a fancy body on it.

What a pity they didn`t really make something special of it and maybe put a 200 or even 250 or 300 version of the PX 2-stroke engine in it.

So,sod the new 946...I`ve bought yet another brand new PX125 in the lovely retro powder blue.
With a Pinasco 177 kit plus Pinasco chrome expansion pipe....all for the 'cheap as chips' price of £3000 otr.

The priced has been set in Europe. I've talked to two dealers here who both say the US price will be around 10k.

I guess we'll know soon enough if they are right or wrong.
