3 days of waking up in the high 20's. Feels like I'm back on the east coast again.

We purchased sand the other morning and clearly this sand box must be too big since I order an additional 10 tons.

We laid down the sod and we are going to use the extra sand to level off the area. The rye grass in 3 days started greening up. We test fitted the slide and everything looks good for the final construction of the ladder and climibing (slant) wall.

The 3 day cold spell... 28 degrees outside ..inside 52. Good insulation.

The k-bike

was finished and sold at my cost to Kim the artist, single mom and rider. She loves the bike.


Here is the sign she is making for me to hang in the shop


She is making custom signs as part of her new line. Anyone wants one i will find out the cost.



She also make belt buckles .. worn by this model .. hey guys she is single also


Since the weather has been helpful the last two weeks .. we finished the planting and painting . Added the landscape lighting and irrigation lines.

The kids love the climbing , sliding and swing.
