Now that's snow, at least 2ft of real snow and then the drifting, we opened the door for our Golden to make a pee call this morning and he just gave me a look like No I'll Wait till Spring.

Mark, we didn't loose power so that Granny Smith Apple Pie is a go, strap a shovel to the Stram and head North East I'll save you the biggest piece.

If the roads were passable I'd probably make a run for it. Take a picture of that pie and ice cream for me.

Will do, we have a state wide driving ban in place $500 fine and possible 1yr in Jail. I've seen the NYS Through Way and the Buffalo SkyWay closed in my yrs in H-Burg but I can't recall a state wide ban on driving, even the big one of "77".

Sun's out now and it's still pretty windy.

Back to the shovel......

A driving ban wouldn't be obeyed in most of the rural parts this state. I think parked cars on the street would be a bigger problem than cars being driven.

This time-lapse video of the storm in Hartford was posted by Stagehand. Very cool.

Hi everybody.

Kathy, we are probably in for March 3rd, always a great time.

BlueDaks, you are probably around the corner from me. I Kayak/fish on Conesus when I have time. I am on East Lake rd about a mile from Leisure's.

The previously mentioned Tech Day Conesus (TDC) will be on April 27th. Lots of room for outdoor camping, and some indoor camping. House fills up fast. Usually about 25 people from four or five states and two countries.

More details will follow later when I start organizing it. Kevin

Awesome, a fellow kayak angler! I'll plan on coming for the tech session on April 27th, and fishing whenever if you're interested. I'm not too far away, in Livonia Center.

Now you will have to hook a trailer loaded with kayak behind your bike.

Ha! Don't think for an instant that I haven't considered all of the above ideas for hauling a kayak. I think a nice inflatable kayak would be a more realistic option...

This is how I roll when I am travelling and camping on the bike. I could probably rig a kayak mount on that...

Hmmm... That actually looks doable. How wide is your trailer? I have zero experience pulling a trailer behind a bike. That could change.

Designing a frame for carrying a kayak could be a project for the Conesus weekend.
