congrats on moving to such a sweet spot in Colo. having several friends who have moved there make sure you bring work with you or have it lined up or be retired. they all have said wages and work are tight there. Duke's (Hayduke) shop is in downtown Salida http://fattees-printing.com/ . if it was me i'd be focused on Salida vrs BV and preferably old town area (walk or bicycle to the bars & restaurants), but you might desire room/land.

Thanks for the referral.
We have been vacationing in the area over the last couple of years and love it. The only "work" I'll be bringing are my motorcycles and a fly rod  Eakins...my wallet is all too familiar with Fattees. Picked up a bunch of ADV gear last year  Thanks Mike
