FYI - YA' ALL:
"The toughest race in the country." The race was called King of the Moto's, and was a 160 mile extreme race through the desert of Lucerne Valley, Ca. I have been looking forward to this race for the last couple months and I've been spending a lot of time training with Destry Abbott who got third at last year's King of the Moto's. I didn't get a great start because it was dead engine and my bike didn't fire on the first kick. I knew it was going to be a long race so I didn't sweat it. I took off in about 15th and by the time I got to the first gas stop I was in 5th. I was able to get around Jacob Argubright soon after that for 4th. I was able to make my way into 3rd by about mile 115, and hold that all the way to the finish. This was definitely the toughest race I have ever done and it only made me want to do more Extreme Enduro type races. Cody Webb took the win and extreme enduro specialist Graham Jarvis got second. On a side note it was cool to see a bunch of my local Arizona buddies in the top ten. Destry Abbott in 4th, Bryan Roper in 5th, Eric Bailey in 6th, and Max Gerston in 10th. - TAYLOR ROBERT #33

Congrats on the finish man! I was there doing some filming/photos for a website out of NC. Watching this race gave me a new respect for extreme enduro. Some of the climbs y'all had to do were insane.
