Carbon fiber windshield for LC8 Adventure
I was playing a bit during winter, but it took a little more time than expected, but here we go:
Carbon fiber windschield - my garage production  It is aprox. 3cm lower than original one, but as it is more steep, the wind protection is better.    If you like it, I can do one for you!   The shape was designed in 3D and than done on CNC machine:   cheers

is it polyester resin or epoxy ? how mnany layers of carbon fabric ? is it vacuum bagged or simple lay up ?

Hi it is Epoxy...
1 or 2 layers of carbon and than 2 layers of glass... It is not vacuum bagged, but profis making boats in next garage do the first layer also simple lay up and no single bubble... crazy... Quote:

My Rally Look schield:-) I tested black-orange carbon kevlar, but it is darker than standard KTM orange..
   What do you think? I can do one, if you are interested... in carbon possibly too:-)
