Made a new/different bracket for my TTO gauges just now, think i like it better this way compared to how i had them before.

Bsr? You can buy stock carbs for like $50 shipped. What is wrong with your carb?

Sounds like you "cooked" your battery. The battery when charged will have the water (electrolyte) evaporate and leave the poor thing dead.

Where exactly are they selling stock carbs for $50? Mine is toast after the air/fuel mixture screw broke off inside.

I put a wtb thread in the flea market and got a carb with 500 miles on it with a stage one Dyno Jet kit for $50 shipped if I remember correctly. Back when I was looking for a bsr it looked like about $25-$50 was the normal going rate.

has any one tried the sw mototech panier mounts? I have a set of Zega bags and one is wider than the other. SW's racks look to accommodate a narrow bag on the non exhaust side and they look bulletproof too.

Sanjoh...... At least try a 25 pilot jet and a Keintech Extended fuel screw set at about 2.5 turns. And work with the needle clip or space it. This alone makes a BSR 36 work better off bottom. There is no substitute for the blue JD needle though eventually. It is specially machined and the R&D on it is $$$$. But it works.

If it's leaking it is probably just the o ring around the seat. That's what it had been 90% of the time on my bike and my friends. You can buy a viton o ring kit for $10 at the parts store that will have the needed size. One time I had a clogged gas cap vent cause the problem to but that was on the stock e gas cap.

I bought a project box from Fry's Electronics made from aluminum. I took my Striker with me to make sure it'll fit snugg inside the box. Once i decided where it should be located i made my mesurements upon that, and build 2 small brackets, slitly curved,

By the way i replace my hand guards to Moose Racing now.
I sat on the bike to make sure it's at the right angle before i drill it in place.




Almost the final product, i still have to connect the wires and speedo cable tonight, and testing it in rough terrains later on is critical.

I am starting my Trailtech Vapor install and was wondering how you guys installed the magnetic pickup on your bike, no sense in reinventing the wheel so to speak. Looking for pictures of the sensor down on the wheel.

Hey, what "caliber" is your key? Looks like a .45, but the case appears to be stepped. My friend and I are trying to figure it out.

i was trying to figure this out myself last nite but i got too tired , if anything i'll wait till my neighbour cross the street get back in town he's got the same bike and device. He told me to wait he'll help me out on that. If i only can peak into his bike quickly . i'll post up a pix soon as i get it done.
