Hi Guys,

Running a Beer, Bullshit & Pizza night here in Johnsonville after work from say 6.30 pm (but I won't be upset if you come straight from work ) this Thurs. PM if you need directions or want to discuss. Bring an ADV riding friend if you want.

This is my last week off before trudging back to work . Back is still a bugger, but improved on what it was.

I'm relocating to Hamilton on Easter weekend so Sunday March 24th will be my final opportunity for a Wellington ride. I've decided for my final ride it's going to be to Sutherlands Hutt, so if you want to come along stick it in your diary.

I know it's the same weekend as Barts's RRRR ride but unfortunately it's the only day I can ride and I can't spare the whole weekend to do Barts's ride.

Thanks for nice days ride. I do really have to apologise for not letting rest knowing we went to check CNut hill and braking good etiquette.

On the bright side I did make it to the top well the difficult part anyway

On the down side, Simon burnt his clutch about 100 meters from the top and we spent few hours getting bike down and then I was so wasted that fell a few times going down and broke my bike as well (something electric and bike wouldn't start) thus having to leave the bikes there and walk out all the way to the deer farm I was so burnt I thought I wasn't going to be able to walk all the way with about 20+kg of gear and wet motocross boots. Then spent all monday to recover the bikes which we manage to do with help of a friend (3 of us) and the very very good gesture of the farmer that lend us the quad bike and BP station that hired us a trailer (and we beat the hell out of it). The bikes had more damage from the trailer than any of the falls or all the falls together .

LOL I meant not letting rest of the group know we were going to check it out (Cnut), thus nobody knew what we were up to. Therefore rest thought we just went back. Which of course as it turns out meant a long day cause nobody was there by the time we managed to push, tow, pull even falling over the cliff a meter or so, Simon's bike down the hill.

BUT I did make to the top with my 650! and I was happy at least at that point
