I bought the Klim Latitude pants and jacket this year. It's awesome gear, period. I was surprised to see that the gear is made overseas, but I am totally satisfied with the fit and quality. I received the Klim briefcase as a gift, and it's great too!

A Gift?

What $560 for jacket and $500 for pants and briefcase is a "gift"?

Nah, a friend of mine saw me lusting over the briefcase ($99) and gave it to me for my birthday. I realize the price of the Klim gear is up there, but I've easily spent more than that on my other jackets and pants looking for the perfect setup. I'm pretty satisfied now.

KLIM sold snowmobile gear well before the sold dirtbike gear. They still sell lots of snowmobile stuff.

As long as they don't purchase Filson http://www.filson.com Their tin cloth coats, pants and chaps are kick ass riding gear!

Ouch! I can hear all the "but I paid $800 for this jacket!" from the BMW crowd.
