1966 Honda CB77 SuperHawk 305 CB 77 - $2300 (lakewood)
http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/3577882880.html
Not totally complete, but close... 05299 miles showing (speedo/tach both work). Engine and frame numbers are a close match (83 #'s apart-they never match exactly-this is closer than usual). Engine on standard bore and turns freely (low on compression-stuck rings from sitting). Quiet/smooth on turnover and shifts through all gears. Carbs are dirty but free and not destroyed by water/corrosion. Pretty nice chrome-as 47 years old goes... Excellent seat. New tank badges and cap ![]() ![]()

There are a lot of days I still wish I had that bike but at least it has someone who is riding it now.

HONDA VTR 250 - $2995 (Denver)
http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/3594069137.html
not a raging deal....but you don't see many around - especially in this shape. I bought this rare, Honda VTR250 for my girlfriend last year. She decided she does not want to ride--my loss, your gain. The bike is in excellent condition, has only 12,450 miles. It has a V-twin cylinder, water-cooled engine. These are rare and reliable. This color scheme was only available in 1989. The seat height is only about 26" so it is perfect for a small guy, girl or woman. I paid the Honda dealer $400 to custom upgrade the suspension from OEM for improved handling, performance and safety. I am including the original Honda factory Shop Manual with the bike. Need to sell now ![]()

I had not noticed the front wheel/brake setup on the VTR before now. Strange.

![]() '78 BMW R100RS Airhead "Belgian Police model" - $5250 (Denver) This bike has 25,000 miles . Mileage will vary because it is a daily rider. Maintenance records available to verify the mileage. I say so called "Belgian Police model" because of the controversy around that whole story. The story goes, that in late '78 Butler & Smith the BMW importer at the time, received a shipment of 100 non-standard (for U.S.) bikes; in with larger than standard 40 mm pipes, big heads, high compression pistons, a different cam, and a kick starter. They were originally intended for another market, maybe the Belgian Police, then offered to Butler & Smith. According to a former B&S employee, "these came to be referred-to by US dealers and riders as 'Belgian Police' or 'Australian' bikes." These bikes have approximately 10% more horse power than the US market bikes. What I do know is, this bike, VIN#6092620 is a non US market bike with larger than standard 40 mm pipes, big heads, high compression pistons, a different cam, and a kick starter. The bike is in great shape as you would expect from such low mileage and has good tires. It's not perfect, but is as good as can be found with out a complete restoration and the price increase that comes with that. Fresh oil and filter change. Fresh gear oil in rear end. Included are the black Krauser hard saddlebags not pictured. Test rides only with a motorcycle license and cash in hand. You break it, you buy it. Clean Colorado title in my name. Contact John at 719-221-3248 or email back through Craigslist. Phone texts will not be answered. Don't bother replying by email unless you include your contact information.
