Sykes diagnosed with fractured radius

Executive summary: Private test on the new Phillip Island asphalt bit a few riders. Sykes has a small fracture on his radius, expects to try to race at the season opener weekend after next. Next race in Aragon a month and a half after PI

I've always wondered if the letters to Speed from race fans that started with "You guys fucking suck and let me tell you why ..." were having any effect. I think I have the answer.

Poor bastard, hope it doesn't affect his start to the season too much.
He is very quick on the K bike and it sounds like he is a pretty good development rider, being banjaxed this early might be a handicap.

And from me; more carnage this morning, Guintoli just tossed it away at T9, and the resulting fire didn't do his bike a whole lot of good.....he's gone to the medical centre, so we'll wait and see.
And Carlos is in hospital with a serious belly ache! Lots of sore bodies around I can tell you that.

Camier was way lucky to get away with that. But the bike...well she's done! Travelled an unbelievable distance. The new surface is giving them a whole new package, different lines, different speeds in different places. It's gunna take a while to get it all sorted.
Errr, which makes me a little nervous with my first track day on the new tarmac in a cupla weeks........

When they do get it sorted there are gunna be some interesting times, and races.
