Barry has retired and sold his tools. I'll miss having him as my trusted mechanic.

Been good about keeping my driveway rideable all winter. Had the driveshaft out of the GSA for rebuild, so it didn't matter much.
That melt then wet snow we got earlier this week left me with a problem: Do I plow the gravel drive when it's so soft, taking up a lot of gravel and making a mess for later, or do I let it sit, and live with a skating rink which is fine in the cars but a riding nightmare? Had to leave it be. And it's a lumpy skating rink. And my driveshaft came back yesterday, bike is ready to roll. And I'm in Montreal for the weekend. This is the longest I've been off the bike since 04. Fuck. I just wanna ride.

![]() I do tech days at my place, kinda at random. Or by request, depends on who needs what, and when. Just went up to Tobermory on Thursday to pick up a Tiger 900 for Forseti's wife, it's in my shop for some work. Tires, brakes, some TLC. Have a full shop, if you need anything. PM me here if you need.

moving the 640
So the XT is gone - the 400 is out there for trade for a lighter 2 stroke and I realize the fact that having 2 2005 KTMs is just not a good excuse for keeping them...
So is a 2008 WR250X or 2005 WR250F a good trade on the most awesome dual sport bike made? (i'm referring to the 640ADV) That 640 had a lot of cool factor but I lost 20 pounds over the winter and plan to keep it off and realize I'm just happier on a bike that is not more than twice my body weight. I'm torn and need guidance
