The 6D Helmets FB page stated that Mike LaRocco reported to them that Zach had passed the SCAT 9 concussion test after both falls and that he was sore but OK.

They have to use the bike he qualified on, switching bikes will get you D/Q'd.
That rule applies in amateur racing as well.

and fun it was. so glad I picked Dallas. that stadium is built for a big show and it did not disappoint. clean bathrooms, all things considered food wasn't ridiculously priced. traffic post race seemed fairly well coordinated. the place looked to be 3/4 full. Diana Dahlgren on the big TV, I
could look at that girl all day long, what a babe.

the track layout was really cool how they went from turn one into a straight which would not in that order all subsequent times around. they used the berm of the outside of turn one as a jump when they came back on that part of the track. pretty cool. Windham retired because he is afraid of getting hurt, he keeps that stuff up with his xfer jumps he'll still get his chance.

quit while your ahead not the brightest move my god talk about "when somebody say's hey watch this" it's a fucking accident waiting to happen and given it's into a semi dark corner of the track why bother most people can't see it anyway.

they did a tribute on the big screen to the ATV freestyler who was killed and the Navy Seal sniper and the other guy who was killed. nice touch. very well run show for the most part.

Good race for the top three guys last night! Thought Dungey was going to get Milsaps, might have if there was more laps...but that doesn't count. Stewart...bummer, thought he really had a chance to get on the podium. Reed's going to hurt himself again trying to keep up with those guys!

Can't believe Bell walked away from that first crash. My first reaction was that his season was done Then he crashed heavy again...he'll learn, or he'll die trying! Wilson ran fairly good, made a few mistakes...be better next week if Musquin can get a good start and run with him. Hann ran good but his tactics of taking everyone out on every pass will come back and haunt him.

Can't wait until next week!

I think the truck would've felt better, that had to of hurt landing on hard packed dirt on top of concrete I was sure that was the end of his season!

So you actually know enough about this to speak for MD's everywhere?

I am sure you are right that many DR's in doc-in-the-box clinics everywhere would have this opinion, but that is not where this happened. This is a professional sport, and the professionals make their own decisions. If they pass the concussion exam, and by all reports he did, than it is his decision to return to the track. Whether the Sunday morning DR's are happy about it or not.
