Not sure of what they will get a few out of, but I assume zipper pulls. That would be great and certainly acceptable from where I sit. If it doesn't happen, the suggestions given above will keep this jacket in use.

tourmaster Zipper

Had exactly the same problem with the main zipper up the front of the jacket after about 1 year. Was too busy riding to do much more than thread a chrome split ring about 1" diameter into the zipper and it has been that way for two years now. Much easier to find that split ring with my gloves on also.

They sent me three zipper sliders with the pull attached. I threaded the new slider on from the top and then broke the old one off. Good as new for the time being.

But honestly, had I been aware of the suggestions that were made in this thread, I'd likely have just gone that route without bothering to contact them. Good to know, however, that they did take care of my issue.
