Congratulations Vic. She must drink the red wine too. :)

I have a Desert IT on the rear and for the life of me cant get this thing to wear out here in FL. Awesome tire for price, takes a beating.. Guess that is why its for the desert, rocks, sand and crap like that.

Non DOT tire though but I am sure it is good as Maxxis makes some great tires. We always ride the roads quite a bit so we stick with DOT tires.

I wish I would have known as I have a brand new one here I could have sold you when you needed it. It's the heavy duty version part number:
LFX14L2-BS12

As far as lasting goes...don't ever let it get discharged past something like 12.866 volts (resting voltage) or it will kill it. Another thing is keep it dry. The cases on those (at least the earlier ones) are not sealed very well and a water crossing gone wrong with a submerged bike could ruin your day in more ways than one.

Anyone else see Zach Bell's crash last night in Dallas? I can't believe he came back and qualified in LCQ!

He showed a lot of heart. I hope he comes back and wins the 250 East!

That fella has a lot of heart. He's going places if he can avoid getting hurt.

I'll be waiving at yawwl next saturday night from the Georgia Dome if Speed Channel will shine their camera on me.
