Ditto. My G/F is a N00b, learning on a trailie & I try to get her as dirty as possible as often as possible. She loves it when I get rough with her.
But. I'm in a hard place. She wants to learn wheelies & powerslides... My best efforts at both is very small. What is a man to do?

Death Valley DAZE 2013

Went out to camp in Death Valley, CA with a bunch of dual sport guys a few weeks ago. Here's the helmet cam edit from Saturday. I'm on a Husky TE310 with a bunch of guys from this forum on smaller bikes for this trip.

The video ends with a pretty violent crash. The GoPro breaks off the helmet so you don't get the complete velocity and trajectory of the crash, which I was told was quite magnificent. I was unable to fully enjoy the spectacle since I got knocked out when I hit the ground. I'm still sore weeks later. I broke my collar bone and ended up with a dislocated thumb with sheared bone and torn ligaments, etc. It was such an epic day I almost didn't mind but now that it's a few weeks later everything has had time to sink in and it's a major bummer. Not being able to pick up my kid is the worst part. Both arms are gimpy so life is going to be slow for a while. Wear your gear guys. I'm sure glad I did.

I hope the rest of the video is fun to watch. It sure was fun to make!

Looks like parts of the eastern USA. It always amazes me how some areas worlds apart look so similar.

Old video of a friend that recently passed away.

There's some incredible videos in this thread, great job y'all.
I humbly submit this old, grainy, shaky, poorly and hardly edited footage in tribute to a missed riding bud.
