Any one ride from the west part of sequoia? I am not far from Visalia and would like to start riding out in sequoia/ Yosemite area if anyone's meeting in those areas.

Hi Mike,
I live in Visalia, we have lots of great riding all around us.
This thread and the CVDS thread are a good place watch for upcoming rides in the local mountains and desert.

Trip planning - East of Visalia - I am trying to find a back route from Batch Park Rd north to Three Rivers area just south of Sequoia National Park.

I see a possible way on Mountain/Upper Grouse Valley Rd but wonder about gates - especially in the Blue Ridge Lookout/Radio Facilities area. I also see a possible route 19S36 in what is called Upper Grouse Valley but it may be blocked by private property?

Anyone familiar with this area?

You are correct, there are roads that go through but no public access. Only private property owners BLM/Cal Fire etc. have keys. That would be a great ride if you could get access.

There's a too Much snow in Sequoia from this weeks storms, we are heading west tomorrow to search for wet dirt...

I waited for Perry but he never showed up, had to have the 15 yr old kids show me the way to bust trail, just outsanding!
