Ugly early 70's "Calafia Eliminator" fairing. Very heavy, thick plastic of some sort. I saw a NOS one listed on IBMWR site for something like $750.00 or some rediculous amount. I gave mine away.

It hasn't been modified, and uses a stock RS fairing bracket. I bought it off eBay from a guy in Taiwan.

Well, that explains it, its a taiwan fairing

So the person you bought it from didn't know what it was? Looks like an "S" windshield.
Anyway you're at the right place to get an answer I'd think or try the Airheads.org site.

No, he had no clue, and the language difference didn't help. I think it's a little too deeply cut for an "S" shield. Overall, it's very nicely made, and about 1/16" in thickness. It doesn't look like a one off, but who knows? I see Ritmo Sereno doing some S/RS shaped custom fairings. Perhaps this was an earlier model?

It's sharp looking and wouldn't mind having it myself.

Unknown Fairing

Don't know anything about this fairing, just shot this picture at the 2012 Hansen Dam ride because I thought it was cool.
