Hello from Mesa, AZ. Hopefully I can meetup and do some awesome rides with this great bunch. I was out on the Apache Trail today. I left the main road a couple times for some exploring. I ride a 01 DRZ400E SuperMoto and a 08 Aprilia Tuono 1000 R.

Hey Kevin, you can almost see my house from here... Well actually from the Ford dealership across the hwy, you can se my Li'l Casa-on-the-hill...
You rode East to Wickenburg and I rode West toward Wenden on Saturday and again on Sunday. I may even sneak away this afternoon before another winter blast hit's us!

Did your travels take you along the Northern edge of Alamo Lake or did you make you normal route? Now that I see you made 220 miles... That kinda answers my own question. Have you found the dirt route from Congress to Alamo Road yet? Bummer about your camera.

Got through from Congress but I don't remember how!! Went west on Alamo, west on Pipeline Ranch, up Palmerita & got to a little resturant camp ground south east of the lake? Had lunch & tryed to head back east over to 93 but ended riding all over the place & ended up back to Alamo Rd & back across. Some great trails & riding over in that area for sure. Probably will head that way again soon.

You guys are likely getting tired of seeing my bike or me'n bike in front of cactus. However Cyberdos says it did not happen unless you have photo's. Soooo
Saturday & Sunday rides... both rides, West of Wickenburg, were about 70 miles each. Saturday was 99% dirt and Sunday had 7 miles of pavement getting through Wickenburg. Those Damn Roundabouts

on the weekends are like a meat-grinder!

Have never run across these signs before? I was careful not to excavate too much with the rear tire...

In need of a roofer in the Harcuvar Mountains...

Still putting together my li'l loops to make a bigger loop to Parker. Certainly will not be a highspeed treck... more of a leisurly excursion, with some bumps along the way.

You were at the World Famous, Alamo Lake, Wayside Campground & Resturant. Carl and his wife, serve some really nice greasy-burgers & cold beer. But even better they have fuel available 99% of the time. That whole complex is powered by one really big generator!

Yes... that Congress cut-off is a tough one to find/follow.
