Show Me 200 National DS Ride June 1-2

For the first time in 20+ years there are some openings available for this ride. If you've tried in the past, but didn't get in this could be your year.
Here's a link to the sign up form: http://www.ridemtra.com/Newsletters/...201-1-2013.pdf
Here's AMA's page: http://www.americanmotorcyclist.com/...ionaldualsport
You'll need a street legal bike (plated, DOT tires, insurance - ranger rick will be around).
Note: this ride is geared to street legal dirt bikes.

This is definitely a good time and little bit of a stretch to call a dual sport ride but can be made to be as tough or easy as you want. That video you have posted is from 2 years ago when it was pretty much 100 degrees the whole time. I was the rider in front of the camera, basically in moto shorts and t shirt with gear on. There was lots of spots to cut out if you wanted to skip some of the trail sections but you'd be missing some great trail.

I think I'm a to casual, enjoy the ride as I go type of rider. Couple buddies said this is a pretty fast pace ride. Me, I'm to SSSLLLOOOWWW.

We break into groups as your "need for speed" (or lack of) dictates.
