Of course we're weird looking. Between us being a urologist, proctologist & gynaecologist we couldn't work out wtf was going on but thought a photo was a good idea - maybe we should be politicians

Not sorry I missed the heat, lack of sleep & the meals of flies.

Mate, you would have loved it - great big-bike touring. Made all the other inconveniences worth it

Can Brent's catering service come on my next trip.
Excellent photos, looks like you'll have to go back to find those missing tracks, hey?

Definitely planning a return trip when it's cooler. The thought of stopping to walk through some of the ruins was unbearable due to the heat. Might even connect it with Danngali next time.

Get well soon Marty.

PS where's the photos of the nurses

They WERE the nurses

Specialist to look at problem now got back with an appointment time next month. Might have to take a break from rideing at least till its cooler. Well I'm back to normal at the moment, thanks for the well wishes guys, cheers Marty

Glad to hear you're on the improve Marty. Good idea to get it all sorted before your next 'sortie'. It was definitely worth stopping for the pics - and there were so many more I could have taken. We'll just have to go back for some more.

Watch this space Pete - when it's cooler, definitely heading back.

Marty, really glad you are feeling better.

Of course we're weird looking. Between us being a urologist, proctologist & gynaecologist we couldn't work out wtf was going on (only because the gastroenterologist had already gone home!) but thought a photo was a good idea - maybe we should be politicians It does look a lot like one of those campaign pics

Any chance one of you blokes as a Garmin friendly tracklog? I'm in need of a few options to get from here to Adelaide.
Alternatively, are the place names mentioned those that are used on maps? I've not gone through yet, but will if need be.

Enjoyed the read, too. And the pics.

I can email you a .gpx file of the track we planned/did. I can include the section from Burra to Kapunda (Taylor's Run) too if you like.

Just pm me your email address and I'll get it to you in the next few days.
