PHX - Wildcat EASY single track ride March 2nd
EASY single track ride!! Wildcat OHV area, Saturday March 2nd, meet at 8:00 AM, ride starts at 8:30. Wildcat OHV staging area is located 1 mile down Bartlett Dam Road from Cave Creek Road.
Who should come?? Riders already having off road experience looking to step up to the demands of riding single track trails. Ideally, a dirt oriented motorcycle like a KTM, DRZ400, WR, or XT would be the best choice. Off road EXPERTS on 650's will be OK. Who will not like this ride? If you have little experience riding dirt roads or more technical jeep roads, you will struggle. You will be expected to pick up your own bike, unless you are pinned under it. Everyone is expected to lend a hand to others requiring assistance. Wildcat has a very diverse trail system. The good part, we will be riding the less rocky, less hilly trails. The bad part, these trails tend to be sandy and whooped out. Speeds will be slow and stops will be frequent. Feast afterwards at Harolds or Big Earls.

I'll be there! Looking forward to it. We were up at wildcat last sunday for the first time. Looks like an awesome place to ride. I had my kids with me and they are just starting out so I couldn't really break away and explore, but I did sneak in some exploring and looks like there are some great single track trails all around the place.

I am going to do my best to be there. Ribs are still sore from another crash a few weeks ago, but I did a little test ride today and I think I will be OK for Saturday.

Sounds like fun, but I gotta work on saturday. Will look forward to the pictures and of course the video!
Why don't the academy awards include a category for "Best Rider/Producer of a Dirtbike Crash Video " ? Nightstalker, you'd be a lock! Have fun!
