Scotts

Scotts make a good stablizer but on this bike I am not sure it is necessary. Tires and tire pressure make a difference and moving the forks up or down in the clamps and rear spring preload can quicken or slow the steering as needed. You may want to try these adjustments first.

As I mentioned, pretty sure the Conti's are the main problem. It's "twitchy" beyond reason when the pavement is not perfect. Like a worn out bias ply tire kind of twitchy. I can feel it through the bars.

I'll play with the suspension. I know I need to do that.

They arrived.

I won't get them on for awhile though. They'll go on when the bike gets back home.

Try ktm twins or twisted throttle. Twisted throttle might be your best bet. I think they are located in RI.

An icy ride out

Took a ride out last weekend on the North York Moors. Was a little bit snowy and we actually got turned back by the police at one point due to the road being closed. Enjoy the photos

Nah, he's in Liverpool. They have a famous video game team, I hear.

On a SMT related note, I'm thinking of trying out the Rottweiler intake. Any comments on that?

I don't have a lot of miles on it yet, but I like mine. I pulled the acctuator rods and secondary flies at the same time and with the tune it runs smoother and accelerates quicker. Oh, and the noise it makes is fun too!
