Whats a street legal crf450x worth?

Have a 2005 crf450x with street legal title I will be selling or parting out. If I sell it whole I will turn it back to stock. Whats this thing worth stock with a street legal title? I dont have the stock headlight anymore, no signals or anything basically just a stock 450x with street title. Dirt Tires. Engine has been updated to stainless valves. Runs perfect. Suspension has been tuned and revalved for baja type racing.
