then I saw a guy on a plated KTM, smaller thumper

nice weather brings out all of the bad ass bikers!

I loved my XR when I had the carb all dialed in for the particular altitude I was riding in. After a while I even figured out the exact procedure to start the bike after I had laid it down (due to plenty of experience doing so) and could get it fired up pretty fast. However, when I violated the EXACT starting procedure (cold vs. hot vs. hot flooded due to a get-off) I could kick that bike till I was totally exhausted and not even get it to pop.

Needless to say, the carbs on XRs are very finicky. Though it's a total pain to do so, I'd suggest taking the carb off the bike again, thoroughly cleaning it again...using plenty of high pressure compressed air to make sure every minuscule bit of dirt is out of every passageway...then resetting it exactly to the factory specs.

When you go to start it be sure to not even touch the throttle. If your bike is like most XRs, even a touch of throttle will flood it.

I'm sorry if you know all this and i'm coming off like a jerk. I'm not trying to talk down to you, but I remember learning the hard way about my XR, which is probably one of the reasons I love my WRR so much.

Took my 3 boys to ride today. The older ones first real day on there bikes with cluthes. They did great. There going a lot faster on the bigger bikes. I can ride with them a lot more easier now.

My 4 year old was on his sisters 90 four wheeler. I should him 2nd gear This kid is going to be a really good rider some day or in a full body cast. Told him to stay out of the mud and water. He was riding behind me on one part. i look back And he is in the middle of a 20 yard water hole with mudy going every where. kid cracks me up

I saw a douche bag on a cruiser UP CLOSE. Fucktard pulled right out in front of me on a 55 MPH hiway. Dumbass is gonna be a hood ornament before long,

I was leaving the grocery store with a case of beer, guy stopped me and asked about my beemer, said he rides dirtbikes, and has a cbr1000 and his buddies and he have been talking about bigger bikes.

I told him to buy a KTM 990.



he took a picture of my beer on the rear of the beemer, I directed him here, lets see how long it takes him to find the BS thread.


OH, my new idea for a tag didnt pan out, stupid fences and no tresspassing signs.

that would make me angry too, ive noticed this, froma distance any bike that doesnt have the triangular headlight look like a large cruiser, could be mistaken for a scooter.

IM not saying right or wrong, but im pretty sure often times that happens.
