Just waiting for MOA to post registration. No events at all yet shown for this year??
I will be at Airheads Central helping and learning from all the Airheads that show up. |

Been toying with riding down from Seattle... depends on whether I get the LS200 chair bolted to the R69, and how well she's running... It's so close that it would seem a shame to miss it.

a list of goodstops in the west
I was thinking a list of good places to aim for while traveling through Oregon would come in handy, so i'll start with summer lake hot springs, it's a few miles out of Paisley and is a greatplace to end a long riding day, you can camp or rent a cabin and the cowboy bath house is the shit for a good soak. in fact there are many hotsprings to enjoy...if that sounds like your cup of tea google willow creek & south umpqua both are nice and are indifferent parts of the state. Oregons cool for this, you can plan a ride that has you camping and soaking drinking & smoking for a week

Did I mention the coast? And know this. The Oregon Dept. of Transportation has published an Motorcycling Map of Oregon. Yes, dedicated to showing all the prime roads and camps and resorts and such, for Motorcycling Tourists. Free from the Dept, or perhaps from your local travel agency. Do get one at the first OR rest stop tourist kiosk when you hit it. Sould be a plenty available at the Rally. |

My brother, father and I will be there. Heading up from Chico, CA.
If anyone needs a place to stay on the way, I've got room at my place in Chico and we can hit up the Sierra Nevada brewery just down the road. Keep in mind Ozzies and Boxer Metal are also in Chico should you need any new rubber or repairs. |

Swung by the shop after the rally. No question, Airheads in the vast majority lined up for services, and the showroom is Old Skool with lots of /2 goods as well. Ozzies is one of the GREAT Airhead shops. |

My garage is available if anyone needs to do any simple maintenance (adjust valves, oil changes, etc.). I do not have a tire changer; however, there are some good shops in Salem if you need that done.
McMinnville is about 25 miles from the rally in the heart of Oregon's wine country and lots of pretty roads, good eats, and fine beer around here. Looking forward to meeting folks!

I am coming up for the rally but will not be bringing the airhead. I'll be on the big GS as part of a longer trip. My first national rally as well.
