Hey Clockwork - were you the guy with the sweet Sprinter race-rig and a shiny new-looking KTM 350? What happened to cause your DNF? Looks like you were running nicely until then.

Yup that was me. Was going good in the 4th stage, caught 3 guys in front of me, and the engine let go a mile from the end of the stage.

Dang, Jenna. That pause at the end of the video just sends chills up my spine. So glad you are ok.

An interesting "look behind the curtains" for him, and a shining example for all riders: the sport needs racers to care about it enough that they don't only show up to race, when they can't race they volunteer.

So my hat is off to you Mr Sammel, excellent work this weekend!

The Sandblast 2013 was an event to remember!!!!

I would like to extend a very special thanks to Anders, Amy, the all the awesome volunteers and competitors for another great time at this year's Sand Blast rally. It was a truly incredible experience and great to see all my old friends and to make many new ones.

Photomd: If you have any pics of #147, Yamaha WR250R (with blue and white pompoms on the tail rack ) it's me, Ignatius Liberto so please post or send. Thanks!!!!

Rally West Virginia!

[QUOTE=crankshaft;20865107] so see you all at RWV.QUOTE]

Hey: I was speaking to John Shirley, the organizer for RWV at SB and he mentioned that this years event would have alot more miles than last year. In the haze of the Rally, I don't remember the exact amount, but I think he said something like 160 miles of Stages.

Just Sayin.
