Thanks for posting Blooch; apparently there's a little baby elk/moose that the designer put together when he showed up 2 weeks ago. I'll be trying to get down there myself to check out the full expo/show some time later this week or next week.

Love the shot of the two of you; Banshee looking lovely as always and you....WOW....what a difference! Amazing what a little soap, scrubbing and lowering of the ears will do!

Fellow XChall owners... did you have the 6k service done by a bmw shop, or did you check/adjust things yourself? My local shop wants ~$400, plus parts... seems kind of high for an oil change (which I usually do myself), valve check, etc. Just curious what y'all did.

Sad but true. the 6k is pricey and no easy way to adjust the valves without tearing it all apart. the good thing is that once done you can coast for a while.

Hey L-
Sorry we didn't get up with you Monday for lunch...my boy & I rode to Lexington Sunday & back Monday. We stopped in Scottsville at Amici for lunch & didn't know when we would get there.

I got the 650 completed & both Nicole & my son love riding it just like you said. Nicole & I might be heading out to the mountains camping the weekend of the 16th. Maybe if your up in Elkton, we can catch up for lunch or a ride.

So it is nice and windy down here in Ole' Norfolk. Get home from work, just start to lounge here on adv and Wham, Flunge, Bang, my flashing and soffit unzips off the front dormer! So I know what I will be doing on my day off tomorrow . Happy birthday to me!
