I just got off the phone with Janet at Keintech. What a pleasant experience. This is the second order I have placed with them and both times I got the answers I needed.

On the previous order (Simple stand), there was a very slight delay while the items were being powdercoated. Janet called me twice to report the progress.

Compare this with my local dealer...Without exception, every time I have called to see if they have a common piece for my VERY popular bike - DR 650 (things like oil / air filters, sprockets, clutch lever etc), they always 'have to order it'. Funny thing...the time I needed the clutch lever, I found it on line and ended up spending $138.00 on additional stuff...Local dealer lost out.
