Ever get that sinking feeling? Well I did, yesterday. Water was freezing cold 40 degrees. Now that I am thawed out it was kinda fun. I still dont know what the hell happened that the bike and I all of a sudden shot left, think mabe my boot got caught on the roots. Would explain why I came off the back of the bike so fast.

Cool event. No major hurt, bike got clean, and makes a great story (with video!). I'm assuming you did not intend to go into the creek, but I did not see much of a trail off to the right.
Having been in similar situations (rode Enduros in Michigan many years ago) , I know that getting a drowned bike up a steep bank to be much more of a pain than falling in the water. Please tell us how did you and the bike get out.

I feel kinda bad that I'm laughing so hard. I feel like Karma will get me, I feel bad for you but at the same time... damn, that was pretty funny.
