Serious target fixation!

It looks like he slows down but fixates on the bikes, drifting toward the shoulder. Lucky no one wasn't more seriously injured.

It's going to hurt the douche bag's wallet if he doesn't have good insurance. That cyclist is gonna be hell sore today. I've been blind sided on my bicycle by both vehicle and animal and it's a violent event.
